We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is comprised of Registered Dental Hygienists and Registered Dental Assistants who have completed extensive training. CPR and OSHA certified, we strive to provide safe and compassionate care and energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Vanessa Vallejo is a Business Administrator for Artistic Smiles. Vanessa has been with Dr. Gonzalez since 2008. She has worked in the dental field for more than 25 years. She enjoys working for Dr. Gonzalez as well as with her co-workers. Her key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, insurance billing, treatment planning, patient care and appointment scheduling. Vanessa enjoys playing Texas Hold’em with her ladies poker league, Bunko, and caring for her two cats.
Sue Eckenrode is a Business Administrator for Artistic Smiles. Sue has been with Dr. Gonzalez since 2010. She has been in the dental field for over 35 years. She enjoys the cohesiveness of Dr. Gonzalez and her staff. Her key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, insurance billing, appointment scheduling and treatment and financial planning for patients. Sue loves sewing, gardening and reading.
Jessica Walker is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated in 2008 from Wharton County Junior College. Jessica was a dental assistant for three years prior to completing dental hygiene school and has worked with Dr. Gonzalez since 2008. She enjoys being able to work with top-of-the-line equipment, a well-respected dentist, reliable co-workers and friendly patients. Her key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, caring for patients’ dental health, cleaning teeth, perio-charting and radiographs. Jessica loves spending time with her husband and two children.
Lily Perez is a Registered Dental Assistant. Lily has been in the dental field for 12 years and has worked with Dr. Gonzalez since 2005. Lily enjoys the easy-going yet professional atmosphere and the great, friendly patients of Artistic Smiles. Her key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping patients understand the overall importance of dental health and assisting Dr. Gonzalez with all procedures. Her education and training comes from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry. Lily is married and has two kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, softball, baseball and shopping.
